scope
One goal: Protect America.
Step one: Protect our industry
PROTECT OUR MOST VULNERABLE
QUICK REACTION FORCES
Law enforcement, fire, medical facilities, etc., form the safety networks that protects the public. Each organization in these silos will update their data daily for emergency response coordination in their region offering real-time coordination to responders.
NOTE: information on units, staff, hospital beds, traffic routes, weather, etc. to create best response pathways.
PRESERVE OUR WAY OF LIFE
national defense
Every ship entering Louisiana will be assessed based on country of origin, transit schedule and crew make up and cargo type. They will be tagged with a threat assessment to monitor and track all drone activity, warning participants of potential issues.
NOTE: Drones have been flown from vessels transiting the Mississippi river and their usage should be considered a threat until proven otherwise.
GUARD OUR CULTURE
quick reaction forces
The hiring, training, and deployment of personnel trained in interdiction and perimeter defense is key. These teams will be drawn from military and law enforcement for interdiction, perimeter security, and remote event protection.
NOTE: If attacked, a chemical plant has no authority to defend itself. Law enforcement has no authority to interdict- they must call the Coast Guard for help. Louisiana HB 261 allows the LSP to interdict drones.
The work to coordinate with the FAA begins.
